National Trust Shifting Shores Report
In 2005 the National Trust published the Shifting Shores report which outilined the increased risks facing many of its coastal properties. This updated report goes into finer detail regarding the Trust's properties in the South West and what adaptive measures are being taken to minimise the risk.

The focus of Climate SouthWest is "...to look at the effects and impacts of climate change in the South West and develop adaptation responses across a number of priority sectors."
A useful and informative video has been made in partnership between Climate SouthWest and SouthWest Tourism which demonstrates some proactive businesses stepping up to the challenge by making positive adaptations and benefitting in the process:

ACT - the Adaptation to Climate Change Team
A Canadian planning policy initiative based at the Simon Faser University (SFU) studying and developing sustainable options for adapting to the impacts of climate change. This website covers a much wider remit than Pathfinder, but it does include Sea Level Rise. It is interesting to compare the different approaches taken by different nations to this shared issue. The website is in a blog format and it is worthwhile using the search option to find an area of particular interest.
